Overview of Human Rights Council Documents
This is a Human Rights Council resolution strongly condemning the military offensive on eastern Aleppo by forces loyal to the Syrian authorities. It was adopted with a vote of 26 in favour, seven against (including Security Council members China, Russia and Venezuela and incoming member Bolivia) and 14 abstentions.
