This letter from Sudan contained a report of the UN Mission in Sudan Joint Monitoring and Coordination Office with minutes of a meeting from January 2011 and arguing that Sudan Peoples' Liberation Army were in Kiir Adim/Bahr el Arab, northern Sudan, in violation of the CPA.
