Overview of Security Council Meeting Records
Special Representative and head of UNMIK, Farid Zarif, briefed the Council and welcomed the recent steps taken by Kosovo and Serbia to “normalise relations,” noting the important milestone that was reached on 19 October when the prime ministers from Kosovo and Serbia met in Brussels.
