9 December 2015 S/RES/2250 This was a resolution on youth, peace and security which recognises the contribution of youth in the prevention and resolution of conflicts, and warns against the rise of radicalisation to violence and violent extremism amongst youth.
20 November 2015 S/RES/2249 Called for member states to take all necessary measures on the territory under the control of ISIS to prevent terrorist acts committed by ISIS and other Al-Qaida affiliates.
10 November 2015 S/RES/2246 This was a resolution renewing counter-piracy measures for Somalia.
10 November 2015 S/RES/2247 This resolution renewed the authorisation of the EU-led multinational stabilisation force (EUFOR ALTHEA) for an additional year.
9 November 2015 S/RES/2245 This was a resolution regarding the successor to the UN Support Office for AMISOM, the UN Support Office in Somalia.
9 November 2015 S/RES/2248 This resolution expressed the Council's intention to consider additional measures against all Burundians who contribute to the perpetuation of violence and requested the Secretary-General to update the Council on the situation in Burundi within 15 days.
23 October 2015 S/RES/2244 This resolution renewed the partial lifting of the arms embargo, maritime interdiction of illicit arms and charcoal, the humanitarian exemption and the mandate of the Monitoring Group.
14 October 2015 S/RES/2243 This was a resolution extending the mandate of MINUSTAH for one year while maintaining its authorised troop strength at 2,370 military personnel and 2,601 police.
13 October 2015 S/RES/2242 The resolution expressed the Council’s intention to convene an Informal Experts Group on Women, Peace and Security and to invite women civil society briefers to country-specific and thematic meetings of the Security Council. It also called for greater integration of the agendas on WPS and counter-terrorism and countering violent extremism.
9 October 2015 S/RES/2241 This was a resolution adjusting the mandate of UNMISS to support implementation of the “Agreement on the Resolution of the Conflict in the Republic of South Sudan”. The vote was 13 in favour with two abstentions from Russia and Venezuela.

17 September 2015 S/RES/2239 This was a resolution renewing the mandate of UNMIL until 30 September 2016 and continuing the drawdown of UNMIL, to 1,240 military personnel and 606 police personnel by 30 June.
10 September 2015 S/RES/2238 This was a resolution renewing the mandate of the UNSMIL until 15 March 2016.
2 September 2015 S/RES/2237 This was a resolution that renewed the arms embargo on non-state actors for nine months but terminated the asset freeze and travel ban.
21 August 2015 S/RES/2236 This was a resolution extending the mandate of UNIFIL for one year.
